Otto Bark appeared before the Board with a petition for a cartway from his land to the main road.

Board decided to meet at 2 P.M. on Nov. 3 to view the route of the proposed cartway and to hear
arguments for and against such cartway, and Clerk was instructed to issue necessary notices.
The proposed cartway to be laid out from the southwest corner of the NW ½ of N.E. ¼ of Sec. 18
Township 33 Range 26, and running thence west on the line between the N.E. ¼ of N.W. ¼ and
S.E. ¼ of W.W. ¼ of said Sec. 18 Twsp. 33 Range 26, and terminating at a point on the Elk River
and Craig road on the southwest corner of N.E. ¼ of NW ¼ of said Sec. 18 Twsp. 33 Range 26.
There being no further business, on motion the Board adjourned.
