Peterson farm and looked over the proposed cartway which Otto Bark had petitioned for. After the route had been looked over, it was decided to grant the petition with the understanding that the petitioner was to reimburse the town, as provided by law, for the amount of the damages, which were set at one hundred dollars ($100.00). Fifty dollars ($50.00) each to Peter Hed and S.S. Peterson, owners of the land over which the proposed cartway is to pass. The Clerk was instructed to meet Mr. Bark and look up the ownership of the said lands to make sure that no mistakes had been made in descriptions, and to settle with Mr. Bark for the damages.
