ELK RIVER TOWN BOARD MEETING
March 18, 1924
Town Board of Elk River Township met at Bank of Elk River to qualify the newly elected officers.
Present: \[not listed\]
Chas. W. Hinz took the oath of office as Supervisor for three years.
R.R. Simpson took the oath and gave a one thousand dollar ($1000.00) bond with W.H. Meyers and
Bert Carr as surities \[sic\] for the faithful performance of the duties of Town Clerk.
E.G. Palmer took the oath of office as Town Treasurer and gave a two thousand ($2000.00) dollar
bond with Frank C. Sellon and Chas. E. Brown as surities \[sic\].
W.H. Meyers took the oath of office as Assessor and agreed to have his bond signed and left at the
Bank of Elk River.
