Neighborhood Meeting: Wirtz Property
We have been working with Bridgeland Development on a proposed subdivision for the
Wirtz property located on Tyler Street. Originally, the developer proposed to use the
draft cluster ordinance, however, they are proposing a plat under the DNR Shoreland
PUD process.
They will be hosting a neighborhood meeting on Thursday, August 12, 1999 at 7:00
p.m. at City Hall. A proposed road connection with Polk Street may be controversial.
You are invited to attend this meeting. Staff will be in attendance to observe the
exchange between the developer and the neighborhood.
