ELK RIVER TOWN BOARD MEETING
March 14, 1925
Board met in regular session to qualify newly elected officers.
Present: \[not listed\]
Oscar Engstrom took oath for Supervisor for 3 yrs.
F.E. Sellon took oath for Clerk for one yr., with bond fixed at $1000.00 with F.W. Nickerson and
Louis J. Specht as sureties.
Ernest G. Palmer took oath as Treasurer, board fixing bond at $2000.00 with C.F. Robbins and R.P.
Palmer as sureties, which was approved by the Board.
W.H. Meyers qualified as Assessor for two yrs.
Lyle Green qualified as Constable.
Gene Dickey failed to appear to qualify for Justice of Peace.
On motion B.A. Gray was made Chairman of Board for ensuing year.
Leslie Bailey appeared before Board, asking them to come to the plant when they needed any
culverts, as they had some they would make very low prices on.
After some road discussion, Board was adjourned to meet Apr. 4.
