Whereas there is a deficit in the Road & Bridge Fund and a surplus in the Poor
Fund, be it known therefore we hereby transfer the sum of eighteen hundred and
no/100 dollars ($1800.00) from the Poor Fund to the Road & Bridge Fund.

Mr. Bade of Bank of Elk River appeared before board in regard to securities for town money. Mr.
Bade agreed to transfer $2,000.00 in bonds to the N.W. Bank of Minneapolis and turn receipt over
to Treas. Board also resolved to purchase surety bond for Treas.
