Mr. \[illegible\] B. Foley appeared before board in regard to the purchase of a new grader. After
discussion it \[was\] moved and seconded the board accept his proposition of allowing $40.00 for old
grader and purchasing a Russell No 1 Standard Grader with flat tires @ $365.00 F.O.B. Minneapolis,

to be paid for in warrant for $325.00 due April 1, 1927, without Int. and old grader at $40.00 to be
delivered at Elk River by Mr. O.L. Davis. Mr. Davis given authority to send truck to Mpls. for new
grader.
The poll list for the Twp. of Elk River was gone over, approved and signed by the board. The copies
were then posted by the Clerk at places designated.
