SUBJECT: Call Special Meeting for March 28, 2005, 6:00 p.m. for 2004
Annual Report Presentation
The Council is requested to call a special meeting for Monday, March 28, 2005, at 6:00 p.m.
in order for staff to present the 2004 departmental annual reports. Staff has requested that
the meeting start time be scheduled for 6:00 p.m. versus the normal 6:30 p.m. time.
The video production will be played during the City Council meeting and last approximately
30 minutes.
A staff/City Council reception will follow the presentation in the Upper Town Conference
Room.
