Review and Discuss the Maxfield Housing Study
Background/Discussion
At their June 1, 2015, meeting, the HRA authorized entering into
conduct a comprehensive housing study to assist in determining availability of different segments of
housing in Elk River and in planning for the future of the housing market in the community.
An executive summary of the analysis can be found on pages 1-5 of the report. The Housing Study will
assist the HRA as we begin to identify priority housing projects
TIF policy discussions.
