SUBJECT: Presentation by Dave MacGillivray,
Springsted
As you know, the city's bond rating was recently upgraded to A3. Although
this issue was discussed briefly when the bond sale was awarded, David
MacGillivray, Springsted, has requested an opportunity to make a formal
presentation to the Council on the upgrade. Dave will be present on Monday
to make a brief presentation and to answer any additional questions you may
have.
