Mr. Gray called Steve Barsody in, and Mrs. Biddick and Mr. Barsody agreed to erect a new legal fence of four barb wires with posts not more than one rod apart on the line between their adjoining land, said fence to be divided and each one erect and maintain their share of said fence within 30 days. Board agreed to speak to Mr. Toth about building his share of fence on said line between his land and land owned by Mrs. Biddick. No other business, board adjourned. F.E. Sellon, Clerk
