June 8, 1929
Board of Twp. of Elk River met at home of Mrs. Judge to view fence between her and
Mrs. Erickson.

It was found Mrs. Judge had erected her part of fence with a legal fence and Mrs. Erickson aggreed
\[sic\] to erect a legal fence on the line established by the last survey within 30 day from date of
viewing.
