ELK RIVER TOWN BOARD MEETING
April 15, 1929
Board of Twp. of Elk River met to view the road on the petition of Steve Barsody.
Present: \[not listed\]
As there was no objection by Mrs. Jos. Toth, the road was granted as called for in the petition and
Jos. Toth signed a release for said road.
The board then went to view the division fence between Jos. Toth and Frs. Fred Biddick. Mrs.
Biddick had allready \[sic\] constructed a four wire fence on the South half of said fence and Mr. Toth
aggreed \[sic\] to build the North half within a reasonable time, providing Mrs. Biddick would
maintain said North half of fence and Mr. Toth would maintain the South half of said fence which
was built by Mrs. Biddick, to which Mrs. Biddick and Kenneth Spencer aggreed \[sic\] and Clerk was
ordered to put said aggreement \[sic\] on record.
