SUBJECT: Consider Senior Citizen Special
Assessment Appeal for Josephine
Koontz
Josephine Koontz was assessed for the 1999 street overlay project and has recently
applied for a deferral of this special assessment. Josephine is over 65 years of age
and meets the income requirements for deferral.
Action Reauested

The City Council is asked to approve the deferral of the balance remaining on the
1999 street overlay special assessment for Josephine Koontz on Parcel 75-460-0160,
the south half of Lot 16 and all of Lot 17, 3rd Addition Camp Cozy.
