SUBJECT: Request for Temporary On-Sale Liquor
License by Lions
The Sherburne County Lions have made application for a temporary
on-sale liquor license. The Lions are planning to sell liquor on sale
at the Elk River Fire Department on September 18, 1999, during the
Fire Department Dance that will be held on that evening.

ACTION REQUESTED
Council motion approving a temporary on-sale liquor license for the
Sherburne County Lions for 9/18/99 allowing the sale of liquor at the
Elk River Fire Department.
