SUBJECT: Call Special City Council Meeting 9-7-99
Lori Johnson has checked with the Utilities Superintendent
regarding the council's suggested date of September 7 for a joint
meeting with the Utilities. This date was agreeable to the Utilities
Commission.

Council motion to call a special joint meeting of the City Council and
Elk River Utilities for Tuesday, September 7,1999, at 5:00 p.m. in the
city hall training room for the purpose of discussing the topic of a
joint water/sewer superintendent position.
