SUBJECT: Application for 3.2 percent Beer and
Wine On-Sale Licenses by Jerry and
Thiry Minor
Jerry and Thiry Minor have made application to sell 3.2 percent beer
and wine on-sale at their restaurant - "Back to the 50's Restaurant
and Soda Fountain" located at 17323 Highway 10.
.
The Minors have completed the application process and submitted
the license fee. Wine licenses are also approved by the State and
require a background check. This check is in process and the results
will be available by Monday evening.
ACTION REQUESTED:
Council motion to approve an on-sale wine license and on-sale 3.2
percent beer license for Jerry and Thiry Minor - "Back to the 50's
Restaurant and Soda Fountain" pending approval of the background
check by the Police Chief.
