NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that members of the Beautification Committee will be visiting
Spikes Feed, Seed & Pet Supply, 1804 Main Street NW in Elk River, Minnesota, and ABRA Auto Body

& Glass, 11175 – 183 Circle NW, Elk River, on Tuesday, August 15, 2017, between 3:15 p.m. and 4:15
p.m., to recognize and photograph those businesses. A quorum of the Beautification Committee may
attend the photo recognition; however, they will not convene any meeting, and no action will be taken
by the Beautification Committee during the eddyevent.
