ELK RIVER TOWN BOARD MEETING
March 28, 1931
Board of Elk River Twp. met as viewers of road on petition of E.O. Baufield and others, after going
over proposed road and estimating costs of construction, amount of damages which would have to
be allowed and the benefits of said proposed road, petition was rejected on the grounds of excessive
damages and cost of construction. Board also decided the benefits derived from said propose\[d\]
road to be of little use to the public in general.
