NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that members of the Energy City Commission may attend a ribbon
cutting and grand opening to celebrate the rollout of the electric vehicle charging program on
Wednesday, September 13, 2017,beginning at 5:00 p.m. at the Main Street Parking Plaza downtown
Elk River,Minnesota. A quorum of the Energy City Commission may attend the event;however, they
will not convene any meeting, and no action will be taken by the Commission during the event.

Main Street Parking Plaza downtown Elk River, Minnesota. A quorum of the Housing and
Redevelopment Authority and Elk River City Council may attend the event; however, they will not
