During this period his business model has continuously evolved, along with an improved appearance with upgrades in pump stations and signage throughout the property in the fall of 2016 by signing on to become a Minnoco dealership. His businesses include deli and grocery items, great coffee offerings, U-Haul, LP Gas services, and is the landlord of Momma D's deli in his building. He has fully embraced the near-by community by offering gas discounts to city and county employees, YMCA patrons, and Library users. Also, very involved in the Elk River Chamber. His business model has attracted other businesses and I think was an important factor in Ebert selecting the adjoining property to further develop for businesses needed for West Enders. 8/3/2017 Gmail-Raiphies Pics mail Gerald Olsen <olsengc @gmail.com> Raiphies Pics 3 messages Barbara Jane Olsen<bestwayrealty@gmail.com> Sun, Jul 30, 2017 at 9:56 PM To: Jerry<olsengc @gmail.com> 1 &mil cc r ' . , 1 d '- , Barbara Jane Olsen <bestwayrealty@gmail.com> Sun, Jul 30, 2017 at 10:17 PM To: Jerry<olsengc @gmail.com> Raiphies Front View.jpeg 27K hops:!/mail.google.com/mail/ul0/?ui=2&ik=d 126f08dc 1&jsver=1 KukmJVEMCA.en.&view=pt&g=from%3Abestwayrealty%40gmail.com%20filename%3... 1/2 819/2017 [email-Raiphies Pitts • Barbara Jane Olsen <bestwayrealty @gmaii.com> Sun, Jul 30, 2017 at 10:18 PM To: Jerry <olsengc @gmail.com> loth Ralphies side View.jpeg s. viiiiimmkrt. 25K https:i/mail.googie.com/mail/ut01?ui=2&ik=d126f08dc1&isver=1KukmJVEMCA.en.&view=pt&q=from%3Abestwayrealty%4ogmail.com%20filename%3 2/2 City Beautification Award Entry Form Nominee: Ralphies Minnoco Business Address: 13374 Highway 10 Elk River Contact Name: Brian Brehmer Email: ralphiesvictorylane(agmail.com Office Phone: 763-441-7077 Cell (763) 350-0431 Description/Reason for the nomination: Brian has repeatedly invested in his property since opening the c-store and gas station in 2013.
