closed session of the Economic Development Authority on Monday,August 21,2017,at
5:00 p.m. for the following:
1. Attorney-Client Privilege,MN Statute 13D.05 subd.3(b)
Ethanol Technology of MN,LLC
In accordance with State Statute,I hereby request the city clerk to post this notice at least
three days prior to the scheduled meeting date, I further request the city clerk to notify each
member of the Economic Development Authority of the special closed session,in writing,
at least one day before the meeting.
