Board of Town of Elk River met in regular session at Court-house with all members.

Dance permits were issued to A.W. Jesperson and Lewis Kelsey.
A petition from L.K. Houlton and others was received for the purpose of vacating a certain road in
Sec. 8 & 9 as described in said petition.
A petition for a new road in Sec. 8 signed by L.K. Houlton & others was received and a hearing on
both petitions was ordered for Fri June 15, 1934 at 1.30 oclock P.M. at the office of the clerk.
