Board of Town of Elk River met in regular session at Court-house with all members present.

Wm. Frye presented the petition of Nora Frye and others asking for Cartway. Said petition was
acted on and and Mon. Sept. 17, 1934 at 1.30 oclock P.M. was set as the date for viewing said
propose \[sic\] cartway, after which the following bills were allowed and ordered paid,-
