Board of Town of Elk River met in special session on road by John Fazekas for the purpose of
looking over said road also the Fazekas & Pieri road.

An aggreement \[sic\] was entered into with John Fazekas wherein he was to do a certain piece of
road work by his house for the sum of $40.00
