The Board of Town of Elk River met at Court-house in regular session with all members present.

Consent of Town Board was given to Maline Peterson of Camp Cozy and Ruth Miller of Orono
Tourist Camp for on and off sale of Beer.
John Fazekas appeared before Board in regard to his road and John Toth appeared asking the road
from John Fazekas’ to Aug. Peri be opened. Tues Apr. 9, 1935 was set to view these roads.
No other business the following bills were allowed and ordered paid.
