ELK RIVER TOWN BOARD MEETING
September 3, 1935
The Town Board of Elk River met in special session at Court-house with all members present.
Present: \[not listed\]
The application of John and Mrs. Kate Miller for consent to sell malt liquor was received together
with a petition signed by 20 voters. After consideration the Board decided to grant said consent on
promise of Mr. & Mrs. John Miller they would conduct a clean law abiding place.
No other business Board adjourned.
