ELK RIVER TOWN BOARD MEETING
May 4, 1935
Board of Town of Elk River met in regular session at Courthouse with all members present.
Present: \[not listed\]
John Fazekas and John Toth appeared before Board in regard to road across Mr. Fazekas’ land as
Mr. Toth wished to travel said road to land he had rented East of Mr. Fazekas. Mr. Fazekas agreed
to keep gates open when Mr. Toth was using road and to fix land along on side hill South of alfalfa
field. Mr. Toth agreed to close gates if he found them closed or notify Mr. Fazekas he left them
open.
No other business the following bills were allowed.
