PROCEEDINGS OF THE ANNUAL TOWN MEETING
TOWN OF ELK RIVER
March 10, 1936
Annual meeting of Town of Elk River was held at Court-house.
Meeting called to order by Earl R. Sellon acting clerk and B.A. Gray was chosen moderator.
The following amounts were voted to carry on the business of the Town.
Road & Bridge \[Fund\] None
Ditch \[Fund\] $500.00
Rev. Fund $400.00
Poor Fund 2 mills
The polls were declared open for balloting. At four oclock the polls were declared closed and ballots
counted.
Louis J. Specht rec’d 10 votes and was declared elected supervisor for 3 yrs. term ending Mar. 1939.
F.E. Sellon rec’d 10 votes and was declared elected Clerk for two yrs. term ending Mar. 1938.
