Members Present: President Tveite, Commissioners Blesener, Ovall,Westgaard, Olsen,
and Wagner
Members Absent: Commissioner Provo (absent due to conflict of interest because he is
the property owner of PID #75-757-0010)
Staff Present: Economic Development Director Amanda Othoudt, Economic
Development Specialist Colleen Eddy, and City Clerk Tina Allard
Also Present: Kennedy and Graven Attorney Jenny Boulton
I. Call Meeting to Order
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of the Elk River Economic
Development Authority was called to order at 5:59 p.m. by President Tveite.
• 2. Adjourn Regular Meeting
When President Tveite adjourned the regular EDA meeting at 5:58 p.m.,he stated
the following:
"The EDA will be holding a closed meeting per MN Statute §13D.05, subdivision
3(c) to consider offers and counteroffers for the purchase or sale of real
property.The proprety being discussed is PID #75-757-0010."
3. Closed Meeting
President Tveite noted the property to be discussed. Discussion was held.
There being no further business,President Tveite adjourned the closed meeting of
the Elk River Economic Development Authority at 6:30 p.m.
