I, Stephanie A. Klinzing, Mayor, hereby request a special meeting of the City Council
on September 7,1999, at 5:00 p.m. to be held at the Elk River City Hall, at 13065
Orono Parkway.
THE PURPOSE OF THIS SPECIAL MEETING IS AS FOLLOWS........
1. To meet jointly with the Utilities Commission to discuss the concept of a shared
water/sewer superintendent.
2. Council consideration of the proposed 2000 general fund budget.

In accordance with State Statute, I hereby request the city clerk to post this notice at least
three days prior to the meeting date. I further request the city clerk to notify each
member of the City Council of this special meeting, in writing, at least one day before the
meeting.
