River High School Homecoming Parade on Friday, September 29, 2017, beginning at 4:30 p.m., in
Elk River, Minnesota. A quorum of the Elk River City Council may participate in the parade;
however, they will not convene any meeting, and no action will be taken by the City Council during
the parade.
