NOTICE OF CANCELLATION OF REGULAR MEETING
OF THE ELK RIVER HOUSING & REDEVELOPMENT
AUTHORITY

I, Larry Toth, the Housing & Redevelopment Authority Chair, hereby cancel the
regular meeting of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority schedule for Tuesday,
September 5, 2017 at 5:30 p.m. due to a lack of issues requiring action.
In accordance with State Statute, I hereby request the city clerk to post this notice at least
three days prior to the scheduled meeting date. I further request the city clerk to notify each
member of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the meeting cancellation in
writing, at least one day before the meeting.
