SUBJECT: Information memo regarding upcoming
sound contest at Rock 'n Roll Sound
On Saturday, September 18th, Rock 'n Roll Sound, a car stereo retailer, will
be having a car stereo sound competition in a tent which will be set up in the
parking lot of their store. The contest will run from 12 noon to 4 p.m. The
store is located in the retail center next to the Marcus Theaters. Other
businesses in the center include LaRose's and Big Wheel Rossi.

The Police Department will be contacting the owner, Joe Brandenberg,
regarding compliance with the noise ordinance. Should there be any
complaints from residents, the Police will respond accordingly.
