Call Meeting to Order
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the special meeting of the Elk River City
Council was called to order at 10:18 p.m. by Mayor Dietz.
2. Motion Calling Closed Meeting
Moved by Councilmember Wagner and seconded by Councilmember Westgaard
to call a closed meeting to develop offers or counteroffers for the sale of real
property per MN Statute 13D.05, Subd. 3c.
Motion carried 5-0.
3. Closed Meeting — MN Statute Section 1313.05, subd. 3(c)
The purpose of the meeting was to develop offers or counteroffers for the sale of real
property described as PID 75-603-0020, property south of 9950 65 h Avenue NW.
4. Adjournment
There being no further business, Mayor Dietz adjourned the meeting of the Elk River
City Council at 10:36 p.m.
