History
In February 1999, the City Council considered requests by LeFebvre Leasing for zone
change, preliminary and final plat and a conditional use permit. A public hearing was
conducted regarding these requests as well as for the sale of excess property of a
triangular remnant owned by the City that was created as a result of the 171st Avenue
improvements. It was agreed to convey this parcel to LeFebvre as part of the approval
process.
LeFebvre Leasing Company has conveyed the temporary construction easements
along 171st Avenue as required by the preliminary and final plat approvals. The
conveyance of these easements was required prior to the conveyance of the triangular
remnant from the City to the applicant.
The sale of the property is consistent with the City's Comprehensive Plan.
Recommendation
As the applicant has complied with the conditions of the land use approvals, staff
recommends that the City Council approve the attached resolution conveying City
owned property to LeFebvre Leasing Company.
