NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that members of the Beautification Committee will be visiting
Ralphie’s Minnoco Victory Lane, 13374 U.S. Highway 10, and ABRA Auto Body and Glass, 11175

183 Circle NW, in Elk River, Minnesota, on Tuesday, September 12, 2017, from 3:00 p.m. to 4:00
p.m. to recognize and photograph their businesses. A quorum of the Beautification Committee may
attend the photo recognition; however, they will not convene any meeting, and no action will be taken
by the Beautification Committee during the event.
