NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Elk River City Council and Parks and Recreation
Commission may be participating in the grand opening ceremony for the Barrington Park
Playground, 575 Auburn Place NW, Elk River, Minnesota on Wednesday, September 13, 2017, at
4:00 p.m. A quorum of the Elk River City Council and Parks and Recreation Commission may
participate in the grand opening ceremony; however, they will not convene any meeting, and no
action will be taken by the City Council or the Parks and Recreation Commission during the grand
opening.
