Action Requested
Extend,by motion, the deadline to record the final plat of Solid Rock Addition to August 17, 2018.
Background/Discussion
The Final Plat of Solid Rock Addition was approved on August 17, 2015. Resolution 15-51 requires the
final plat to be recorded no later than two years from the date of approval. The applicant is requesting an
extension to August 17, 2018.
Staff has no concern with the extension as requested,with the understanding that all conditions of
approval,including development fees,must be addressed prior to recording.
