Background/Discussion
Jonas Schulz has been interning for the City of Elk River since May of 2017. He is currently enrolled in
an undergraduate degree program for Environmental Engineering at the University of Applied Sciences
Munster,with focus on Renewable Energies, Sustainability,Waste Water Treatment, and Water and
Electric Supply.
While in Elk River,he has been working with various departments including Environmental,Waste
Water, Stormwater,Engineering and Planning. He will provide a brief presentation about his time in
Minnesota. His last day with the city will be Friday, September 29.
