SUBJECT: Tobacco License for "Tex Plex"
.
Donald Shaffin has purchased the Beaudry Express gas
station/convenience store located on Lowell Avenue. The name of
the new business will be "Tex Plex" and will consist of a convenience
store, gas station and car wash. Because Tobacco Licenses are non-
transferrable, he is requesting approval for a new tobacco license in
his name.
ACTION REQUESTED:
Council motion approving a tobacco license for Donald Shaff in to
sell tobacco at 335 Lowell.
