Dear Mr. VanVleet:
Our receptionist Tina Allard informed me that N odland Construction reserved one
of the city parks this summer. She also informed me that you requested that your
$100 deposit be donated to the City of Elk River. This was a very generous offer.
As you are aware, the park deposits are returned to the party reserving the park, in
most cases.

The city appreciates your generous donation of $100. The money will be placed in
the park fund to be used to benefit the park system. Thank you again for your
