SUBJECT: Irrigation for Kuss Field
On September 8,1999, the Park and Recreation Commission recommended
spending $3,000 of park dedication fund monies and accepting $2,000 from
the adult softball and youth football associations for the installation of an
underground irrigation system at Kuss Field;
City street/park staff would do the design and the installation would be
contracted. The water source would be a 4-inch well that is located just
outside of the left outfield fence at Kuss Field.
If the council approves, the majority of the project could be completed in
