SUBJECT: Beer License for China House Buffet
Michael Hoang has requested an on-sale 3.2 percent beer license to
sell beer at the China House Buffet located at 17291 Highway 10, Elk
River.

Beer licenses are issued by the City and do not require a background
check. Mr. Hoang has submitted an application along with the
required license fee.
ACTION REQUESTED:
Council motion approving an on-sale 3.2% beer license for Mr.
Michael Hoang to allow the sale of beer at the China House Buffet,
17291 Highway 10, Elk River.
