ELK RIVER TOWN BOARD MEETING
May 3, 1937
A special meeting of the board was held at Court-house on Call of Chairman with all members
present for the purpose of considering application of Emily Roman’s application for permit to sell
non intoxicating malt liquor, but as there was some misunderstanding as to who had rented Orono
Cabin Camp, Mr. Miller appeared and stated it was rented to Mr & Mrs. Art Roggatz who presented
a petition for permit to sell non intoxicating malt liquor which was granted. They reimburseing \[sic\]
Mrs. Roman for the special meeting.
No other business board adjourned.
