ELK RIVER TOWN BOARD MEETING
July 17, 1937
Board of Town of Elk River met in special session at Court-house with all members present for the
purpose of the hearing on Frank Hipsag petition Frank Hipsag and S.R. Houlton appeared before
board. Frank Hipsag asked to withdraw his petition as he and Mrs. Houlton had made an
aggreement \[sic\] to keep the road open.
The board granted the withdrawal of petition and no other action was taken by the board.
Board adjourned.
