11-06-1937 TBM ELK RIVER TOWN BOARD MEETING November 6, 1937 Board of Town of Elk River met in regular session with Louis J. Specht and Oscar Engstrom together with J.W. Playle who had been appointed to fill the vacancy caused by death of Albert Gamm. Present: \[not listed\] J.W. Playle took oath and qualified as supervisor. Mr. Shaw and Mr. Bickford appeared before board in regard to snow fence and was told they could construct brush fence and the Town would allow them a reasonable amount. Orville Bernard appeared before board in regard to his cartway and the board promised to investigate. The following bills were allowed and ordered paid.
