March 26, 1938
Board met for hearing on petition of Orville Bernard for widening cartway. The representatives of
the Great Nor. And Nor. Pacific Ry. were present and made objection to a public crossing. G.D.
Robbins also entered objection to public crossing. H.R. Moyer asked $75.00 for damages for 80 sq.
rd. of land and Ole Jacobson asked at the rate of $75.00 per A. for about 25 sq. Rds of his land.
The Board took the petition under advisement to be settled Apr. 2, 1938 at their regular meeting.
