At eleven oclock final hearing on Bernard petition was taken and after due consideration on vote
Board decided to reject said petition.
Mrs. Richard Wruck appeared and asked for repairs on her road and board promised to investigate
same
Orville Bernard appeared and asked for reconsideration of his petition which was granted provided
all parties concerned aggreed \[sic\], and time was set for hearing at 2 oclock P.M. Tues Apr. 5 at site
of proposed cartway.
