March 12, 1938
Boar \[sic\] of Town of Elk River met as board of Organization at Court House.
Present: \[not listed\]
J.W. Playle took oath as supervisor for 3 yrs & F.E. Sellon took oath and gave bond for $500.00
with Hannah Sellon & Earl Sellon as sureties as clerk.
On motion Oscar Engstrom was chosen chairman after which the following bills were allowed and
ordered paid.
